4. Appointments, cancellations, and payment
Appointment requests are subject to availability and are confirmed only when you receive confirmation from Barkonaut. You agree to follow Barkonaut’s cancellation and no‑show policies, including any applicable fees. Prices and payment terms will be communicated at or before booking and may change over time. Unless required by law, fees are generally non‑refundable once services are rendered.
